peeling wallpaperdusty area
the room did not match the photos online at all. wallpaper was peeling off multiple walls, and i saw cobwebs and dust in the breakfast areas. the lodge really needs some sprucing up!!!

I found the breakfast selection excellent, they even catered to my daughter's dairy-free needs after i mentioned it! the staff's thoughtfulness really stood out. They provided a lovely array of dairy-free products the next day. the room was impeccably clean and super comfy too. the spa facilities exceeded my expectations. They looked even better in person than the pictures i had seen!

The staff were very polite. They even greeted me with smiles at 7:00 am! their friendly and helpful attitude really enhanced my stay, and i appreciated their attentiveness to my needs, it was great.

My room on the 3rd floor was lovely. It was very comfy and tidy. i found everything i needed was available! the space was well-kept, and i really enjoyed the quiet setting, it was great.

the breakfast offered a good selection of items each morning. i particularly enjoyed the freshness of the offerings. everything tasted delicious, and i liked that they accommodated my daughter's dietary restrictions, how kind!

The location was perfect! it was really convenient for exploring nearby attractions. i was able to easily walk to many points of interest, and i also appreciated being close to public transportation links. That saved me money.

The breakfast selection were acceptable.
My allocated room smelled like an old gym sock, and the tiny bathroom was like a cruel joke. The toilet seemed installed by someone who hates knees. I notified staff but they shrug. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemies.

The handle on the bathtub was loose and the tub had a crack.
